Curling up reading in a stream of window light with a cup of tea. Kayaking beside sea otters through kelp beds with my husband. Exploring lighthouses along the coast with our four kids. Experiencing the farmer's market with its gourmet carmel apples. It sounds a little quiet and dreamy when I put it like that... don't get me wrong, though. Imagine all of that along with a heavy dose of kids flying, crying, or laughing through each scene, then you have a more accurate taste of my days. Life is full of good, and sometimes hard, things. I love capturing little bits of it for myself and for those around me to hold and study and treasure now and later. To get to share with you life through my lens and maybe unveil a truth of the hidden beauty of the everyday.
